I am currently a Doctoral Candidate in Risk Management and Insurance at the Maurice R. Greenberg School of Risk Science, Georgia State University, under the guidance of Professor Liang Peng.
Additionally, I am an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) since 2020. Prior to my enrollment at GSU, I gained a master's degree in Mathematics with a specialization in Actuarial Science at Illinois State University in 2017. Subsequently, I gained practical work experience with esteemed actuarial consulting and insurance firms such as Willis Towers Watson, Milliman, New York Life Insurance Company, and American Family Insurance. In these roles, I contributed to various areas including retirement plans valuation, mergers & acquisitions, and life and commercial pricing & analytics.
My research interests broadly defined span Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Financial Econometrics, Insurance Analytics, Data Science Applications, among others.
